Electro-hydraulic Windlass, named Windlass and Capstand in English, is a machine installed on the deck to drive the oil pump by Marine motor, drive the hydraulic motor with high pressure oil, and then drive the transmission gear and anchor chain axle through the reducer (or no reducer) to carry out anchor lifting, anchoring or mooring operations. Its structure is relatively compact, small volume, high cost performance.
Composition: It is mainly composed of hydraulic motor, hydraulic oil pump, manual proportional valve, relief valve, safety valve, base, wall frame, anchor wheel, clutch, brake, cable barrel, reducer, electrical control box, double anchor gate, double roller and so on.
Hydraulic anchoring machine has CCS, ABS, BV, GL, KR, RINA, NK, ZY, ZC ship inspection certificate.
Installation and maintenance precautions:
1. We sincerely invite the shipowner to inspect the whole process and full performance of the hydraulic windlass in person. After the windlass is confirmed to be qualified, it will be packed and shipped. Operators to master all!
2. The anchoring machine shall be installed on the ship to ensure that the package Angle between the anchor chain and the sprocket is 117-120 degrees.
3. Ensure that the three eyes (anchor barrel, chain maker, and sprocket) line up when the anchor chain is drawn out.
4. The windlass should be able to work continuously for 30min under the rated tension and rated speed, and should be able to work continuously for 2min under the action of overload tension of no less than 1.5 times the rated tension; In addition, the windlass should also be equipped with overload protection device, overload can be transferred to the medium speed operation.
5. Conduct technical training for operators according to the requirements of shipyards and ship owners! The engine, hull and electrical personnel should be tested according to the instructions!
6. The windlass should be able to rotate smoothly and backward during operation, and the switch should be smooth and rapid.
